2012 Golf Tournament Report
The High Commission proudly held its inaugural golf tournament on 21 April 2012. The tournament held at Gungahlin Golf Course turned out to be a wonderful event with over 25 golfers from the Malaysian community, locals as well as other Embassy participated. Thank you to all the board members, sponsors, families, and individuals who supported this year’s event and a sincere gratitude to the tournament volunteers.
This year we had graded participation in the form of donations/prizes/sponsors. It was great to see this type of involvement and we looked forward to hold the tournament as an annual event. We also would like to extend our upmost appreciation to Tourism Malaysia, Malaysia Airline, MIDA, MOA, Westpac, Van lines and Brunei High Commission here in Canberra for all the support and contribution rendered during the tournament.
