Announcement of Office Movement
Kindly take note that the Immigration Department Office (Passport Processing) based in Canberra has been moved to a new office in Melbourne on 2nd December 2013. The address is as follows:

However our current office located in the Malaysian High Commission, Canberra will remain operational for accepting passport application. Please be reminded that effective from 25 November 2013, for passport application (1 hours services – after payment) will no longer be available in Canberra. The said service will commence at the new premise in Melbourne on 2nd December 2013.
For ease of reference, our website remains "www.malaysia.org.au", so does the e-mail address immigration@malaysia.org.au (Canberra) and immigration.melbourne@malaysia.org.au (started on 2nd December 2013). Please check the website for any update and new announcement.
We look forward in welcoming and assisting you at our new office premise in Melbourne.
