The Agriculture Counsellor’s Office in Sydney partnered with the Masters of Malaysian Cuisine (MOMC) to promote Malaysian ingredients through a series of global live cooking demonstrations and food tasting sessions under the theme “Malaysian Heritage Cuisine”. These exclusive events were held in five (5) locations, namely in Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, Dubai, UK and South Africa, with a total of eight (8) live cooking demonstrations taking place from 27-30 March 2021. The events were featured physically and virtually through all MOMC Channels as well as MAFI’s social media.
The Acting High Commissioner delivered the opening remarks at the landing of the programme at Grace Hotel, Sydney on 27 March 2021.
