A total of 10 Australian Public Servants including 3 officials from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade Australia (DFAT) attended a one-day course at the High Commission of Malaysia, Canberra.
The course which is co-hosted by the High Commission and the Language Studies Unit, DFAT focused on the understanding and comprehension of both the bahasa language and contemporary developments in Malaysia. The closing session with DFAT's course participants and language instructors was conducted with an Q & A session with High Commissioner Dato' Salman Ahmad.
