The 2nd. Meeting of Malaysia-Australia Working Group on Immigration Cooperation - 27 November 2008

Y,M, Dato Raja Azahar Raja Abdul Manap, Senior Deputy Secretary General, Minsitry of Home Affairs is leading a Malaysian delegation for the second meeting of Malaysia-Australia working group on immigration cooperation.  The cooperation includes on training, technical and issues related to people smuggling, human trafficking and irregular migration.

The meeting in Canberra is also a follow-up discussion to the MoU on Malaysia-Australia Work and Holiday Visa program which was signed in Kuala Lumpur between YB Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar and Senator Chris Evans, Australian Immigration Minister on 7 August 2008.
