H.E. Dato' Mohamad Ariff Md Yusof, Speaker of theDewan Rakyat(House of Representatives) led a nine-member delegation on a Working Visit to Australia from 17-21 September 2018.
The visit aimed to share experience and best practices with their counterparts in the Australian Parliament on good governance, parliamentary practice and parliamentary oversight.
The Speaker and members of delegation also had an informal session with the Malaysian community in Canberra at Rumah Malaysia. The session provided the opportunity for engagement and dialogue between the Speaker and the Malaysian community on various issues and developments in Malaysia.
