YBhg. Datuk Wira Wan Ahmad Wan Omar, Deputy Chairman of Election Commission of Malaysia and three Commissioners visited Canberra from 18-23 August in conjunction with the Australian federal election held on 21 August 2010. They joined other participants from various countries as observers and visited some of the polling stations and the running of the election.
