Meeting the Hon. David Templeman, Member of the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia and Minister for Culture and the Arts; Sport and Recreation

Consul General Ahmad Fikri together with the Consul General Listiana Operananta of the Republic of Indonesia, Consul General Ha Nguyen of Vietnam and Honorary Consul Virma Symons of the Philippines met with the Hon. David Templeman, Member of the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia and Minister for Culture and the Arts; Sport and Recreation; International Education; Heritage on 17 April 2023.

The meeting with the Minister was to raise the concern and challenges faced by international students from the ASEAN countries in Western Australia. The Minister graciously discussed about the current situation and the various efforts taken by Study Perth in addressing the problem. Both sides managed to voice out their concerns and looks forward to actively engage one another, moving forward.
