FLAVOURS FROM MALAYSIA
JOE’S ORIENTAL DINER, HYATT REGENCY HOTEL
The Hyatt Regency Hotel in Perth is organising a 3-week long Malaysian food promotion (5 – 23 September 2017) at its famous Joe’s Oriental Diner where a generous spread of Malaysia’s all-time favourite dishes such as ayam percik, sup tulang, fish curry, mee rebus and even nasi goreng kampong are on offer. Chef Mohamad Nazib from Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur was flown in in ensuring that the authenticity of the taste of the food is preserved. It could be observed that the diners who are a good mix of Asians and non-Asians seem to enjoy the food spread offered at Joe’s Oriental Diner.
