On 16 October 2018, Ambassador Agus Salim had a meeting with the senior management of the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland (RCSI), Bahrain, led by its President, Professor Sameer Ottom. The meeting was at RCSI’s request. Since establishing its campus as an international branch in Bahrain in 2004, RCSI, Bahrain has been one of the leading universities in the Kingdom offering medical courses including postgraduate studies from the Schools of Medicine, Nursing & Midwife as well as Postgraduate Studies & Research. After the meeting, the Ambassador was taken on a tour around the campus located in Busaiteen.
