On 6 March 2019, HE Amb. Agus Salim Yusof attended the Ambassadors’ Day organised by Combined Maritime Forces (CMF). It was filled with interactive session and visit to the training facility. The Bahrain-based CMF is the pre-eminent maritime coalition in the Indian Ocean, Red Sea and Arabian Gulf, to establish, promote and protect freedom of navigation for all law-abiding mariners by countering threats that impact on free flow of commerce in the region. The CMF is made up of 33 countries and divided into 3 Task Forces, namely anti-terrorist, anti-piracy and Arabian Gulf security.
