Distribution of Food to Malaysian Frontliners in Bahrain

The Embassy of Malaysia had the opportunity to distribute laksa Johor, kuih kaswi and karipap to Malaysian nurses who served at the Mohammed Bin Khalifa Cardiac Centre (MKCC) on 25 February 2021. The effort was done to appreciate the nurses who are the frontliners in containing the Covid-19 pandemic in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The scrumptious laksa Johor prepared by PERWAKILAN Manama, distributed to three (3) residential areas of the nurses in Rifa’. Currently, there are 34 Malaysian nurses working at the hospital. Representatives from the Embassy had a moment with the nurses where they shared their challenges and hardship as the frontliners during the worldwide pandemic in the foreign country. They thanked for the delicious food and appreciated the Embassy's concern.

 

          

Agihan Makanan kepada Petugas Barisan Hadapan Malaysia, di Bahrain

Kedutaan Besar Malaysia berpeluang mengagihkan laksa Johor dan kuih-muih kepada jururawat Malaysia yang bertugas di Mohammed Bin Khalifa Cardiac Centre (MKCC) pada 25 Februari 2021. Usaha tersebut dilakukan sebagai tanda penghargaan kepada jururawat Malaysia yang menjadi petugas barisan hadapan dalam membendung pandemik Covid-19 di Bahrain. Laksa Johor yang enak telah diedarkan ke tiga (3) kawasan perumahan jururawat di Rifa ’. Pada masa ini, terdapat 34 jururawat Malaysia yang bekerja di hospital tersebut. Jururawat Malaysia berpeluang berkongsi dengan wakil Kedutaan yang mengagihkan makanan berkenaan cabaran dan kesukaran yang dihadapi sebagai petugas barisan hadapan di negara asing ketika pandemik Covid-19 ini. Mereka mengucapkan terima kasih atas makanan yang enak dan menghargai keprihatinan pihak Kedutaan.
