His Excellency Shazryll Zahiran and members of the Embassy attended the Networking Dinner with Travel Agents and Industry Players in Bahrain to conclude the tourism promotion event.
During his speech, the Ambassador stressed the importance for tour operators to formulate fascinating tour packages that would feed the numerous interest of the Bahrainis and the GCC market. He also stressed the need to expand our promotion exercise in incorporating new medium of promotion through strategic collaboration with social media influencers to cater to the younger groups of travelers.
The Ambassador also expressed his appreciation to all the 14 Malaysian tour operators from Malaysia for their support to the programme and looks forward to exciting projects between Malaysia and Bahrain in the near future. The event was also attended by Mr. Yusuf Yacoob Lori, Director of Communication and Follow-up, Capital Governorate who warmly welcomes the initiative to revive the local interest to visit Malaysia.
