Talentcorp Malaysia in cooperation with the Embassy of Malaysia in Bahrain will be organizing a Dinner for Malaysian professionals in Bahrain. The event will be held on 27 June 2012at the Kempiniski Grand & lxir Hotel, Bahrain City Center. The objective of the event is to brief the Malaysian expats in Bahrain regarding Returning Expats Program (REP) and other initiatives run by the corporation. REP was launched to facilitate the return of Malaysian professional from overseas with the objectives of overcoming the shortage of professional and technical expertise in the country. This would facilitate in the creation of world-class workforce in Malaysia, especially in the context of Economic Transformation Program (ETP) that aims to achieve a high income and developed nation status by 2020.
His Excellency Ambassador Ahmad Shahizan Abd Samad, Ambassador of Malaysia to Bahrain said that Malaysian expats have been known for being exemplary professionals in the national and economic development of Bahrain. They ply their trade in various industries in Bahrain including the construction, banking and finance as well as serving in the government sector.
