The Art Performance Department of the Johor Heritage Foundation was in Bahrain from 22 to 28 July 2018 to take part in the Bahrain Summer Festival. Visitors to the Festival held at the Arad Fort were entertained with Johor traditional dance and zapin dance for 3 days from 25 – 27 July 2018 at 8.15 pm. Besides taking part in the Festival, the group also organised zapin dance lesson for Malaysians and foreigners. Bahrain Summer Festival runs from 18 June to 18 August 2018.
