Her Excellency Dato’ Sudha Devi attended the inauguration of the first monorail manufacturing facility in Rio de Janeiro by MPE-Scomi in Palmares, Rio de Janeiro on 28 February 2013.
The ceremony was officiated by H.E. Sérgio de Oliveira Cabral Santos Filho, Governor of the state of Rio de Janeiro in the presence of H.E. Luiz Fernando Pezão, Deputy Governor, officials from the state of Rio de Janeiro and representatives from Scomi Malaysia.
