Bersanding Ceremony Comes Alive in Brasilia
Rumah Malaysia came alive to witness a Malay ‘Bersanding’ Ceremony on 24 May 2012. During the Asia-Oceania Ladies Association (AOLA) monthly gathering hosted by Ambassador of Malaysia, the staff of the Embassy took the opportunity to demonstrate a ‘Bersanding’ Ceremony to members of AOLA. The ‘Pengantin’ were blessed by the members of AOLA who were very trilled to witness the Ceremony and know more about the tradition and practices in Malaysia. Later, the traditional Malay wedding ‘nasi minyak’ feast was served to all guests.
