On 5 February 2018, His Excellency Datuk Lim Juay Jim had a meeting with Ambassador Roberto Jaguaribe, the President of the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency Apex-Brazil. Also in attendance were Mr. Osvaldo Luis de Oliveira Barros, Honorary Consul of Malaysia in Belo Horizonte; Mr. Edison Choong Wan Sern, Trade Commissioner, MATRADE Sao Paulo; and Ms. Norliyana Alias, First Secretary.
During the meeting, the Ambassador and the President of Apex-Brazil discussed on the role of Apex-Brazil as a leading role in attracting foreign direct investment to Brazil, and exchanged views on various topic such as Market Intelligence; Entrepreneurial Training; Internationalization Strategies; and Business and Image Promotion Investment Attraction.
