On 27 September 2018, the ASEAN Committee in Brasilia (ACB) held a reception to celebrate the 51st Anniversary of ASEAN Day at the Residence of the Republic of the Philippines with the attendance of His Excellency Ambassador Ary Quintella, Acting Undersecretary General for Asia and the Pacific as the guest of honour. Diplomatic corps of ASEAN Member Countries and ASEAN dialogue partners, and representatives of Brazilian Government agencies were also present the reception.
