The Ambassador of Malaysia, Dato` Sudha Devi delivered a short presentation on Malaysia's views and position on the topic, ´Harmonization of Sustainable Development and Climate Change in Malaysia´, at the XII Green Meeting of the Americas on 22 May 2013. The Meeting, which is held annually with the involvement of academicians, environmental experts, researchers and NGOs provided a good opportunity for Malaysia to create awareness on Malaysia`s policies on the issue. It also enabled participants to learn more about efforts by Malaysia to harmonize policy formulation to address the challenge of protecting the environment.
