The ASEAN Cultural Day is organized by the Embassies of Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the founding of the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) with the theme: "One ASEAN at the Heart of Dynamic Asia"
