The ASEAN Heads of Mission in Switzerland were honoured to attend a luncheon hosted by Federal Councillor Guy Parmelin, Head of the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research.
Representing Malaysia, Chargé d’Affaires a.i. joined fellow ASEAN Ambassadors in a timely and productive discussion on deepening ASEAN–Swiss trade relations, strengthening economic resilience, and navigating the challenges of today’s shifting geopolitical landscape.
The engagement also comes as Malaysia assumes the ASEAN Chairmanship in 2025, under the theme “Inclusivity and Sustainability,” with a renewed focus on regional integration, sustainable development, and strategic partnerships.
