The Embassy of Malaysia in Berne in collaboration with Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad (TalentCorp) organized a TalentCorp Networking Session for Malaysian professionals and students in Switzerland on 14 September 2013 at the Renaissance Hotel in Zurich. A total of 23 professionals and 12 students participated in the session.
The objective of the session was to explore how Malaysians abroad can make contributions back home as the country undergoes transformation to become a high income nation by 2020. It was also to provide information on the career opportunities in Malaysia in view of the rapid development taking place in Malaysia.
The session was preceded by welcoming remarks by H.E Dato’ Ho May Yong, Ambassador of Malaysia to Switzerland. A briefing was given by Ms. Sherene Azura Azli, General Manager of the Malaysian Diaspora Outreach Division of TalentCorp which was followed by a Q&A session and lunch. There was a lively discussion during Q&A session.
