On 9 June 2026, Consul General Muzambli Markam received a courtesy visit from 20 Malaysian officials participating in the “High-Impact Public Service Delivery: Speed, Quality, and Citizen-Centred Excellence in the Malaysian Public Service” course in Hong Kong.
The officials are attending this course under the Program Pengurusan Strategik dan Pembangunan Eksekutif Kompeten (PROSPEK) sponsored by the Public Service Department (JPA). The programme is co-organised by the Asian Strategy & Leadership Institute (ASLI) and Sunway Business School.
As part of the course, the officials will engage with Hong Kong’s public and private sectors to learn from the city’s world-class standards in public service delivery and ease of doing business.
