Letter from the employer in English- only applicable if holder of lost passport is working in Germany (original and 2 photocopies)

Proof of residence permit in English (original and 2 photocopies)

vii.

4 recent coloured photographs, size 3.5.x 5.0 cm

viii.

Copy of lost passport (if available)

ix.

Letter from University in English( applicable only if holder of lost passport is a student))

*Note : Please note that since Emergency Certificate is not a Passport, it is not recognised by the German authorities and the holder will be refused entry into Germany
