50TH MALAYSIA NATIONAL DAY CELEBRATIONS IN FRANKFURT
The Consulate General of Malaysia hosted a Merdeka Get-Together Tea Party with Malaysians and Friends of Malaysia residing in Frankfurt on 31 August 2007. It was held at the Cosmopolitan Restaurant at the Hauptbahnhof in Frankfurt. About 140 Malaysians and Friends of Malaysia attended the get together.
On 4 September 2007, the Consulate General of Malaysia in Frankfurt hosted an official reception in conjunction with the 50th Anniversary of the independence of Malaysia at the Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof Hotel in Frankfurt. It was attended by 140 invitees including the members of the Hessen Consular Corps, Hessen State Senior officials and members of the private sector.
