An ASEAN Investment Forum with the theme Investment Opportunities in the World’s Most Dynamic Growth Region was held at Marriot Frankfurt on 19 June 2017. The event was organized by MIDA Frankfurt, Department of Trade, Philippines, Economic Development Board, Singapore and the Board of Investments, Thailand. It was organized in cooperation with German Asia-Pacific Business Association (OAV), World Trade Institute, EU-ASEAN Business Council and Frankfurt Chamber of Commerce (IHK) and Luther EY, a large chain of legal firm in Germany. The purpose of the Forum was to inform the business community and others in Germany of various investment potentials in ASEAN. It was attended by 160 participants from various organizations, including companies, business chambers, and small and medium enterprises.
