Effective 1 May 2021, travellers are no longer required to submit the Letter of Undertaking (LOU) to the Consulate General prior to travel to Malaysia. Also from 1 May 2021, travellers are no longer required to obtain the Travel Notice from the Consulate-General.
Other existing entry requirements are still in force namely visa, entry approval via MyEntry/MyTravelPass, PCR test, mandatory quarantine, and procedures for business travellers under the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) One Stop Centre (OSC).
