WORKING VISIT OF YB DEPUTY MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND AGRO-BASED INDUSTRY TO FRANKFURT; 21 - 23 OCTOBER 2007YB Dato’ Seri Mohd Shariff Omar, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Agro-Based Industry of Malaysia, accompanied by two officials from the Ministry and two other members of the private sector made a working visit to Frankfurt.  The main objective of the visit was to look into the possibility of establishing a Malaysian Ornamental Fish Collection and Export Center in Dietzenbach, Frankfurt.  He also visited a Sturgeon breeding farm in Fulda.  Malaysia’s ornamental fish export to Germany in 2005 was valued at RM4.6 million.
