The ASEAN Conference was jointly organized by the Diplomatic Institute and International Relations (IDRI), Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Algeria and the ASEAN Embassies in Algiers namely Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam as well as the Embassy of the Republic of Korea as the ASEAN’s dialogue partner. The conference talked about the establishment, membership, fundamental principles, objectives, challenges and various perspectives of ASEAN.
