CALL ON ACTING CEO OF SONATRACH, ALGERIAN NATIONAL OIL COMPANY

The Ambassador called on Mr Said Sahnoun, Acting Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SONATRACH, the national oil company of Algeria aimed at strenghtening the cooperation and exploring business opportunity in the oil and gas industry. He was accompanied by En Wan Zainudidin Wan Muda and Pn Noorafiza Ayu Azmi of the Joint Venture International and Development of PETRONAS. Mr Sahnoun and his senior SONATRACH officials welcomed the Malaysian delegation and looked forward for further Malaysian investment following the recent introduction of the various fiscal incentives to the foreign investors in the upstream activities of the oil and gas industry in the country.
