YBhg. Dato' Kamel Bin Mohamad, Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry of Education, Malaysia visited Embassy of Malaysia in Algiers and paid a courtesy call on His Excellency Ambassador of Malaysia to Algeria on 14 November 2018. The Deputy Secretary General was accompanied by YBhg. Prof. Dr. Noor Azizi Ismail, Deputy Director General (IPTA) of Higher Education Department and Mr. Mohd Faris Jazlan bin Ramli, Senior Assistant Secretary of International Relations Division.
