H.E. Ambassador Rizany Irwan Muhamad Mazlan witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Algeria’s Sonarem Group and Malaysia’s Lion Group. The ceremony was also attended by H.E. Mrs. Karima Tafer, Secretary of State to the Algerian Minister of Energy in charge of Mines, CEO Sonarem and Tan Sri William Cheng Heng Jem.
The agreement paves the way for enhanced cooperation in mineral exploration, joint investment and the development of the mining and steel industries.
تم توقيع مذكرة تفاهم بحضور سعادة السفير ريزاني إروان محمد مازلان، بين مجمع سوناريم الجزائري ومجمع ليون الماليزي. كما حضر حفل التوقيع كا من معالي السيدة كريمة تافر، كاتبة الدولة لدى وزير الطاقة الجزائري المكلفة بالمناجم، الرئيس المدير العام لسوناريم، وتان سري ويليام تشنغ هنغ جيم.
تمهد هذه الاتفاقية لتعزيز التعاون في مجال التنقيب عن المعادن، والاستثمار المشترك، وتطوير صناعتي الحديد والصلب.
