Three representatives from PETRONAS led by its Senior Manager for Africa participated in the bidding sessions with the SONATRACH, national oil company of Algeria on 28 April 2014. They visited the Embassy and had the exchange of views with the Embassy particularly on Petronas existing and future plan in oil exploration and production projects in Algeria.This is in light of the fiscal incentives provided by the government of Algeria with the coming into effect the Hydrocarbon Law in 2012.
