STRENGTHENING MEASURES FOR ENTRY OF TRAVELLERS INTO MALAYSIA UNDER THE LANGKAWI INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL BUBBLE (LITB) – AS OF 7 DECEMBER 2021

The Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) through YB Minister of Health’s press statement dated 7 December 2021, has announced several strengthening measures to prevent the transmission of variants for travellers entering into Malaysia under the Langkawi International Travel Bubble (LITB) beginning 8 December 2021.
 
For all information, the strengthening measures to the existing preventive and control measures are as follows:
a) individuals must be fully vaccinated;
b) undergo RT-PCR test 2 days before departure to Malaysia, previously 72 hours before departure;
c) undergo RT-PCR test upon arrival in Malaysia;
d) undergo RTK-Antigen (RTK-Ag) self-test on Day 2, 4 and 6 upon arrival;
e) undergo RTK-Antigen (RTK-Ag) Professional on Day 3 and 5 upon arrival;
f) report all test results in MySejahtera application.
