MAIM’S delegation with Ambassador and wife
A delegation from Majlis Agama Islam Melaka (MAIM) led by YBhg. Datuk Haji Naim bin Abu Bakar visited Spain from 28 October 2009 to 2 November 2009. The objective of the visit was to study and understand the past Islamic civilization and history in Spain as well as the culture and lifestyle of Spain’s Muslim population. The delegation took the opportunity to drop by at the Embassy where they were briefed by Ambassador Dato’ Naimun Ashakli Mohammad on the treatment of Muslims and Islam in Spain as well as the status of bilateral relations between Malaysia and Spain.
