Please be informed that effective 24 March 2026, all Consular Service Counters will no longer accept cash payments.
All payments for consular services must be made via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) at the counter. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the point of service.
Kindly note that Immigration services will continue to accept cash payments until further notice.
We advise all applicants to be prepared with the appropriate electronic payment method to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
