Consul General of Malaysia in Mumbai, together with some key personalities in Indian chemical industry, were invited to inaugurate the Chemspec India 2019 which is being held in Mumbai on 16-17 April 2019. Various companies representing diverse sectors of chemical industry participated in the exhibition to network and look for opportunities to expand their businesses. A side event, 5th Surfactants Conference was held on 16 April 2019 during which Mr. Roswaidin Mohd Zain, Consul (Investment) from MIDA Office of the Consulate General made a presentation on investment opportunities in oleochemical industry in Malaysia.
