MALAYSIAN CHILDREN IN MUMBAI PERFORMED JOGET MELAYU AT ASB FESTIVALS OF NATIONS

Malaysian children in Mumbai participated in the Festival of Nations at the American School of Bombay on 2 April 2009, performing a Malay dance in tune of Joget Hitam Manis.

The ASB Festival of Nations is an event held annually. This year, children from 50 different countries parading on stage with music, flags and clothing from around the world. Many country representatives displayed their colors and heritage with a vision of “oneness, acceptance, inclusion and harmony”, The event was enhanced with performances from 6 different countries including Malaysia.
