A meeting with VFS Global Services took place at the Consulate General of Malaysia on 13 June 2018. During the meeting, both sides discussed means to further improve the services rendered to Indian tourists with regard to the process of the issuance of visa. VFS Global Services was represented by its Regional Head, Mr. Pranav Sinha and its Head of Operation for Western India, Ms Monaz Billimoria.
