The Consulate General of Malaysia participated in the Global Exhibition on Services (GES) 2018 in Mumbai on 15-18 May 2018. The exhibition was jointly organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), the Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC), the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India and the Government of Maharashtra, with a purpose to encourage collaboration among the business community all over the world, particularly in the service sector. The opening ceremony of the exhibition, which was inaugurated by President Shri Ram Nath Kovind, saw the launching of 12 major services. The exhibition gave the opportunity for the participants to network, with an aim towards establishing business ties.
