The Honourable Teresa Kok, Minister of Primary Industries of Malaysia and her high-level delegation from the Ministry of Primary Industries, the Malaysian Palm Oil Council, the Malaysian Palm Oil Board and the Malaysian Palm Oil Certification Council undertook a working visit to Mumbai to attend the Palm Oil Trade Fair and Seminar (POTS) on 30 July 2019. The event was well attended by a wide range of participants from vegetable oil industry, who shared our aspiration to further strengthen Malaysia-India economic ties.
The Minister and delegation also took the opportunity to have a session with a target audience of influencers in order to promote the health benefits of palm oil, on the following day.
