13/3/2023 - The Embassy of Malaysia joined the students and teachers of Sultan Abu Bakar School (SABS) from Kuantan, Pahang for their Orientation Day at Coláiste Lorcáin Castledermot.
CDA a.i delivered a speech to welcome the students and teachers to Ireland and to express thanks to Colaiste Lorcain for hosting the students from Malaysia. CDA a.i. then partook in the Orientation Day and visited the classrooms to meet with the school principal, academic staffs and the Irish students who will also take part in the program.
The Embassy would like to thank Coláiste Lorcáin Castledermot for their collaboration and for hosting the Malaysian students from Sultan Abu Bakar School (SABS), Kuantan,Pahang during the Malaysia-Ireland International Youth Exchange Program 2023.
For two weeks, 30 students from SABS accompanied by two teachers and the esteemed Principal, Tuan Haji Asrudin bin Haji Abas. SMP. AMP will be in Ireland for the International Youth Exchange Program 2023. A special thank you goes to Ms Sue Fong Gan from G Tourism Development Ltd!
