ASEAN and Malaysia Food Festival, 19 October 2024

We thank all those who joined us today for the ASEAN and Malaysia Food Festival at the Chancery. We also thank all the participating vendors who promote Malaysia and regional cuisines including those from East Asia, South Asia and Middle East. Special thanks to Chef Sham from Roscommon who donated all of the proceeds of his home made sauce products to the Islamic Relief Ireland. At a time when we are celebrating a day of festival to promote Malaysia and ASEAN, our hearts and minds are certainly with our brothers and sisters in Gaza and other places of conflict. May they achieve peace soon and may we see a Palestinian state in the near future.
