Ambasador and all of us at the Embassy of Malaysia extend our utmost congratulations to Executive Head Chef Az Ostman, a Malaysian chef currently working with Monart Spa and who led the Irish Team in the International Exhibition of Culinary Art (IKA), for winning the Bronze medal in the competition.
We are proud of the achievements of our professional chefs in Ireland who had won numerous awards in international competition in Ireland and across Europe. We look forward to having smart partnership with all of Malaysian chefs in Ireland to promote Malaysian cuisines.
