Eid prayer at Kampung Lucan, 30 March 2025

It was a day full of celebration today in Lucan. The Embassy together with Kampung Lucan hosted Eid prayer earlier today followed by short speeches by Ambassador and Ketua Kampung Lucan. We also handed over door gifts to all those who attended the event, consisting of some of our all-time favourite kuih raya including London Almonds. We look forward to hosting and collaborating with Malaysian diaspora associations across Ireland in showcasing and celebrating Malaysia's main religious and cultural festivals. The next event will be in Galway on Saturday, 5 April 2025, together with our Malaysian diaspora in the west coast of Ireland.
