INTERNATIONAL CHARITY BAZAAR 2009

The 4th Annual International Charity Bazaar was held at D4 Hotel, Dublin on 15 November 2009. The goal of the bazaar was to raise funds for charity support for Relief ForIrish, Palestinian and Pakistani Women and Children Health Program for survivors of torture in Ireland.  The Charity Bazaar kicked off at 11.00 am, followed by speech by the Minister for Social and Family Affairs, Ireland Madam Mary Hanafin. Malaysian representatives (PERWAKILAN DUBLIN) led by the President, Datin Nor Nazrin, who took part in the charity event. The dedicated team had worked together to help the organiser to raise funds by selling some traditional Malaysian foods such as currypuf, tea tarik, popea, and other Malaysian traditional items. Malaysian Ambassador Raja Dato' Nazrin Aznam was delighted to attend and extend his moral support to the team during the event.  The Malaysia Airline System was pleased to sponsor flight tickets to Malaysia for the lucky draw winner.  The charity event which had gathered representatives from many countries ended at 4.00 pm. Overall event was very successful and enjoyable.
