Ambassador attended earlier today the National Day of Commemoration of Ireland at Royal Hospital Kimainham, Dublin. The event was held to commemorate all Irish who had fought in past wars or during service with the United Nations. The ceremony that was followed by a luncheon at the Dublin Castle was attended by President Michael D Higgins and Taoiseach (PM) Micheàl Martin, as well as cabinet members, diplomatic corps, and former Irish military personnel.
