The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has launched the e-Konsular mobile application, designed for both Malaysian citizens and non-citizens to apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct and to register Malaysians going abroad, facilitating assistance in the event of any disaster. The application also allows users to view a list of all Malaysian embassies and locate the nearest embassy based on their current location.
Users can scan the QR Code on the poster to download the application via the App Store for Apple devices, Google Play for Android devices, or AppGallery for Huawei devices.
