On 12 January 2024, Ambassador chaired a virtual meeting with MATRADE London to discuss initiatives aimed at expanding Malaysia – Ireland bilateral trade, especially exports of Malaysia’s goods and services into Ireland. In the period of January to November 2023, Malaysia export to Ireland was valued at RM0.88billion, an increase of 18.4% from RM0.74billion registered in the corresponding period in 2022.
